• We must have a signed rental application from everyone over 18 living in the apartment;

• If you require a co-signer, the co-signer must also apply with the co-signer application.

• If applying through our office, the fee is $50 per application. We only accept checks made out to Hilldale Gardens LLC or cash in the exact change.

All applications are submitted to Background Investigations and can take up to 5 business days to process. You will be notified of the decision upon management receiving notice from the screening company. We appreciate your patience during this process.
